Efficient warp and style changes are crucial for flexibility and productivity in your weaving mill. Stäubli offers advanced solutions for drawing-in, along with supporting means for quick style changes on the weaving machine.
Stäubli’s automatic drawing-in systems are versatile and can be utilized in all weaving mills and with all types of weaving machines. By collaborating closely with customers and manufacturers of weaving machines and transport equipment, Stäubli has optimized and adapted its drawing-in systems to meet a wide variety of requirements. This ensures that every weaving mill can benefit from the efficiency and productivity enhancements provided by Stäubli’s innovative solutions.
To optimize style changes, weavers can easily adapt or add options to SAFIR automatic drawing-in machines. For example, the Active Warp Control 2.0 (AWC 2.0) option for yarn sorting and yarn controlling, and the Initial Condition Settings (ICS) option for fancy, hairy, or technical yarns. The ICS expands the AWC 2.0 with additional features for specific yarn types, enabling even faster start-up after style changes.
All machines are designed to be user-friendly, and mill personnel can be quickly trained to efficiently operate the machinery and systems.
