Stäubli launches a new portfolio of MC4 test accessories that allow measurements in PV installations with system voltage levels up to 1500 V DC.
For verifying the PV installations in the field, Stäubli presents a new set of accessories available to measure current and voltage up to 1500 V DC. These test leads are certified to the harmonized test and measurement standard according to UL and IEC 61010-031. The included MC4 connector is equipped with a gold-plated barrel-crimp terminal for accurate measurements and high mating cycles.
The Stäubli offering includes certified MC4 test leads and certified MC4 test connectors for self-assembly. The test leads provide locking tabs to engage during the mating process. The MC4 test connectors are available with or without locking tabs.

The intended use is typically the temporary connection from the measuring device to the DC side of the PV system so that current and voltage can be measured and tested.
