Robotic tool changer MPS 055

The MPS 055 is a versatile robotic tool change system designed for small payload up to 55 kg applications that also includes transfer modules, a tool stand and a teaching aid. The system features a compact and modular design that allows for easy customization with up to 6 modules to meet media, data and power transfer requirements.

The system offers impressive accuracy and repeatability of +/- 0.0015 mm and can handle maximum static moments of 106 Nm (Mx/My) and 145 Nm (Mz) and maximum dynamic moments of 371 Nm (Mx/My) and 507 Nm (Mz). The robot adapter flange has a pitch circle diameter of ISO 9409-1-63-4-M6, making it compatible with a wide range of robots and applications.

The transfer modules, tool stand and teaching aid are designed for easy integration and quick application setup, allowing users to maximize system capability and efficiency. In addition, the MPS 055 can operate in harsh environments with an operating pressure range of 0.45 - 1.0 MPa and an operating temperature range of 0C to +50C. With a height of only 46 mm when coupled, the MPS 055 is a powerful and compact tool changing system that offers precision, versatility and reliability for small payload applications.
