The whistleblowing channel is intended for issues such as:
You can report a concern using our online whistleblowing channel or mobile app. Both options allow confidential and anonymous reporting. Of course, you may also choose to share your name.
Employees can also report concerns to their manager, HR or a Compliance responsible, in line with our internal whistleblowing policy.
Our whistleblowing channel is operated by an independent provider and managed by our Legal & Compliance Team. To guarantee that your identity remains protected, your report is encrypted and password-protected. When you submit a report, you receive a reference ID. You can use this ID to track your case and receive updates throughout the process, whether you report confidentially or anonymously.
Our secure whistleblowing channel and our internal processes are designed to ensure confidential, objective and impartial case management. We share information only on a need-to-know basis, for example for conducting an investigation. Depending on the type and severity of the reported concern, investigations may be handled internally by the Legal & Compliance Team, HR or by external experts. On a case-by-case basis, other functions, such as, Finance, may need to support investigations.
We have zero tolerance for retaliation and are committed to protecting anyone who reports in good faith. We handle all reports in line with applicable data protection laws. For details, please see our privacy policy.
