Colanar exhibits an aseptic filling line inside an isolator with integrated H₂O₂ decontamination system. The line consists of a debagger, delidder and filling/stoppering machine. This high flexible line can produce different “Ready to Use” containers in nested configuration. In the filling machine a Stäubli Stericlean robot takes over the In Process Control (IPC) and nest handling. The ideal solution to fill Cell and Gene, Biotech or ATMP products. The shown solution is a fully integrated FDA and EMA compliant turnkey system.

OPTIMA MultiUse filling solutions: Smart use of robotic systems

The latest generation of OPTIMA MultiUse will make its premier at ACHEMA. There, for the first time, Optima Pharma will present the high-performance MultiUse solution with isolator. Optima’s MultiUse solutions offer maximum flexibility filling of syringes, vials and cartridges on one machine.

Smart use of STÄUBLI robotic systems (TX2-40 & TX2-60) provides maximum flexibility and minimizes operator involvement: The denesting robot offers complex motions to safely and efficiently place a variety of containers. The tyvek removal robot removes the sealed foil and liner from the tub. The flexible robot at the end in combination with the oval conveyor stores pre-filled syringes automatically without any gaps.

• RTF ROBOX A/I: An innovative and flexible custom designed inspection machine (with Stäubli TX2-60L robots) which is able to inspect all types of Ready-To-Fill (RTF) containers such as vials, syringes and cartridges, to identify particle and cosmetic defects. Thanks to the robotic handling system and a fully automatic format changeover, no operator intervention is needed.
• ATMPs: A customizable and highly innovative isolator able to completely automate the ATMPs processes, which are, up to now, only manually performed with strict requirements and high costs. The machine (with Stäubli TX2-60L Stericlean+) was designed in order to perform all the ATMPs steps of samples transferring, centrifugation, incubation, dosing control, robot handling and visual inspection.

ROTA Verpackungstechnik developed a smart and compact machine for gentle yet flexible processing of small batches for R&D, CDMO, labs and clinical trials: The xfillR ensures safe aseptic filling & closing of cylindrical objects such as vials, syringes, cartridges from nests, trays and bulk - all with just one machine. Changeovers between containers take just 30 minutes with the help of a formatless pincer transport, full servo drives and Stäubli pharma robot TX2-60 Stericlean.
