Stäubli will also feature its MTC 700/900 Machine Tending Cart, a plug-and-play solution for loading and unloading machines. Designed for flexibility, this system supports quick changeovers and can be easily adapted to evolving production requirements.

Stäubli’s hygienic robot range is among the most comprehensive in the industry, designed specifically for food production, medical devices, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Robots such as the TX2 Stericlean and MedX-ready variants offer cleanroom compatibility and advanced handling precision, making them ideally suited for contamination-sensitive workflows.

By combining sealed designs, corrosion resistance, and smooth surfaces, these robots enable rigorous cleaning procedures without compromising performance.

Stäubli’s life science portfolio includes solutions for all areas of production. Another demonstration will feature a six-axis TX2‑60L Accesspharma robot picking small components from an ARS FlexiBowl feeder with the aid of an Apera AI vision system. The Accesspharma series is designed for auxiliary processes in Grade C/D environments, and can be cleaned easily with 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes.

In addition to hardware, Stäubli emphasizes lifecycle services and digital tools to keep operations running smoothly. Solutions such as EasyBridge, an IoT-enabled maintenance platform, allow for proactive system monitoring, automatic backups, and real-time performance tracking.
