Stäubli Group appoints new Fluid Connectors Executive President

Pfäffikon, SZ, Switzerland – Stäubli, a global leader in industrial and mechatronic solutions, announced the appointment of Lionel Caillat as the new Executive President of the Fluid Connectors Division and a member of the Executive Committee, effective July 1, 2024. 

Lionel’s appointment comes with a distinguished career marked by leadership excellence and a strong track record in business transformation. With over 20 years of global experience, he has been driving P&L growth across sales, marketing and offering management. Having worked and lived in USA, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland, Lionel has navigated multiple B2B industries, adapting to various channels to market. Lionel joins us from Honeywell HBT, where he served as Vice President / General Manager of Fire Europe, Middle East and Africa. In this role, he steered profitable growth, portfolio innovation, market strategy and change management, significantly elevating the company’s market position.

Driving Stäubli's Fluid Connectors business strategy

As the new Fluid Connectors Executive President, Lionel is set to lead the Division’s overarching strategy. His focus will be on enhancing product development, operational processes and market expansion. Lionel is a dual French and Swiss national and speaks English and German, in addition to his native French. He holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from INSA de Lyon.
