The MPS 035L is an innovative, lightweight robotic tool changing system designed for applications with payloads of up to 20 kg. With a total base unit weight of only 0.321 kg (robot and tool side), the MPS 035L enables the use of heavy tools for dynamic movements, significantly enhancing efficiency.

Its compact, modular design eliminates the need for an adapter flange for robots with a 50 mm pitch circle diameter. Its comprehensive modularity, featuring four module spaces and eight integrated air passages, offers significant flexibility and adaptability to diverse media, data, and power transmission requirements. 

Our proven ball locking technology ensures reliable tool locking performance and safety, with repeatability of +/- 0.0015 mm and up to 500,000 change cycles. Stäubli's leading transfer technology ensures maximum efficiency and productivity in all applications. The optional MPS Safety+ system provides maximum safety in compliance with Performance Level d, Category 3.
