RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project and Programs Management
• Manage assigned projects and their interfaces with other initiatives/ functions - Co-drive the selection and implementation of the global SEQ tools
• Assist in upholding and further developing a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently
Advocate for efficiency and manage change
• Review assigned business and project management processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational,financial and technological risks
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Assess the change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders, prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Ensure change management activities are integrated into project plan and define success metrics to monitor change progress
• Foster alignment between the project teams, Owners, Sponsors, and the Executive Team
• Ensure that project objectives are aligned to the business plan and strategic roadmap
Embed Project Management guidelines and tools across the organization

The Project Manager Renewable Energy (RE) will be primarily focused on the project planning, execution, and reporting of both development and product upgrade projects for the Renewable Energy business segment. The Project Manager RE will be the principal authority for project timeline, milestone definition, progress tracking and customer notifications via Field Sales Engineers (FSE), Product Management, and Business Development Managers (BDM). The project Manager will work across multiple departments to plan Projects, develop scope/budget/timelines, and track/execute the project plan through regular meetings and reporting cycles. The Project Manager RE’s performance will be judged by how well they keep their projects on scope, on time, and on budget, as well as how they handle getting projects back on track when things go wrong or unforeseen issues arise.
The Product Manager RE will have the challenge of interfacing with RE-dedicated resources, such as Engineering and Sales, as well as matrix-allocated resources such as Quality and Operations. The Product Manager RE will report directly to the Head of Project Management for North America.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must:
A college Bachelor’s degree of Science, ideally in Engineering or a Technology discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
3+ years’ experience in Project Management and running project plans.
Experience in the Renewable Energy business segment is a plus
Experience with products involving regulatory requirements, injection molding, and/or metal stamping is a plus
Minimal travel for training and/or educational purposes
Salary Range: $100,000 - $126,000
Summary
Under general direction of the Local, Regional, and Global Heads of Services, this position is responsible to Grow Staubli Renewable Energy Services’ market presence in their dedicated geographic area. You will do this by establishing and growing customer relationships, as well as providing a set of services to these customers in order to grow year-on-year order entry gained from them. Manage and develop the customer relationships by meeting customer expectations and delivering value added services.
