About Stäubli in France

Stäubli has three production sites in France:

• The main site, located in Faverges near Lake Annecy, turned 120 in 2020. With around 1,700 employees, it bundles the three great pillars of activity and their principle functions.
   
• Stäubli Lyon, with its 190 employees at the Chassieu site, designs, produces and markets electronically controlled jacquard machines, which allow the weaving of jacquard fabrics in conjunction with a weaving loom. The harnesses ensure the connection between the jacquard machine and the loom.
   
• Stäubli Electrical Connectors SAS, based in Hésingue in Alsace since 1978, designs, produces and markets connectors and electrical connection systems. This site with 100 employees acts, in the Electrical Connectors division, as a center of excellence for high power systems (“HPS”), including railway connectors and e-mobility charging systems.
