Automation - Active Warp Control 2.0 Yarn detection beyond the human eye

The essential function of our state-of-the-art AWC 2.0 technology is interpreting the measured data through image processing and data analytics, using advanced algorithms and software and high-performance processors.

This allows the determination of titre, colour, twist direction, and, within certain limits, even hairiness, transparency, and monofilament or multifilament characteristics. For multi-coloured warps, AWC 2.0 can detect a great number of colour nuances per warp. This gives mills expanded capabilities to produce innovative, outstanding, and unique designs.

S3280 Rotary Dobby Concept

Stäubli's S3280 rotary dobby is designed for ultra-high-speed operation with minimal vibration, delivering reliable performance. The dobby, combined with the new e32g transmission, is a must-have for frame-weaving mills demanding maximum productivity.

The machine also features a fully integrated cooling system, optimized and regulated heat, enhanced temperature, a new lubrication system, and the ability to handle heavier loads.

MX PRO module: heart of the Jacquard PRO series

The compact, maintenance-free MX PRO module is not only the heart of the Jacquard machine series, but it also provides 30% reduced energy consumption for hook selection. It is made of dimensionally stable composite materials chosen especially for longevity. In combination with NOEMI electronics architecture, the module provides reliable hook selection for all kinds of woven fabrics. The overall concept allows temperature monitoring of each module, supports preventive maintenance, and plays a key role in energy savings.

SX PRO

Electronic Jacquard machine is ideal for weaving flat fabrics, terry cloth and technical fabrics on all types of air-jet, rapier and water-jet machines, up to 2,688 hooks.

LX PRO Jacquard machine

The LX PRO electronic Jacquard machine is ideal for weaving terry cloth, silk fabrics, tapestry, fabrics for apparel, upholstery or car seat covers, and technical fabrics on all types of air-jet, rapier and water-jet weaving machines, up to 7,680 hooks.

LXL PRO

The LXL PRO Jacquard machine produces excellent results in all applications, including OPW airbag (one piece woven), on all types of air-jet, rapier and water-jet weaving machines, up to 14,336 hooks.

LXXL PRO

The LXXL PRO electronic Jacquard machine is ideal for weaving silk fabrics, tapestry, fabrics for apparel, and upholstery on rapier weaving machines, up to 25,600 hooks.

ALPHA 580 UNIVERSAL carpet weaving system

Stäubli has developed the ALPHA 580 UNIVERSAL carpet weaving machine. Created to meet the market demands for rapid design changes and sophisticated weave structures, it weaves a variety of carpet qualities with up to 5.3 m weaving width. With convenient yarn handling, high operational reliability, and long service life, it provides an excellent production solution. It's compatible with the new LX 2494 Jacquard Machine and the new S3288 dobby machine, ensuring extraordinary adaptability and productivity.
