Stäubli at FEBRATEX 2024 – Blumenau, Brazil

FEBRATEX 2024 – from automation of weaving preparation to a perfectly flowing weaving process

At FEBRATEX 2024, visitors to the Stäubli booth, no.13 in Hall 2, will have the chance to discover Stäubli’s latest weaving machines and systems designed to optimize efficiency in textile production.  Stäubli's wide range of products offers more cost-effective production solutions for weaving mills that can benefit from machines customized to their specific requirements for terry production.

TIEPRO warp tying machine – for universal use with standard warp

The Stäubli TIEPRO warp tying machine offers unique advantages, such as its new separating concept with spindle cones – requiring no spare parts, such as separation needles – and its unique double-end detection featuring auto-reverse mode. The warp tying machine automatically detects and corrects double ends before cutting the yarn, which makes for higher quality, faster processing, and easier operation. This warp tying machine does not require an oil bath and offers high availability for many tying processes during shifts. The many advantages make the TIEPRO warp tying machine a must-have for any weaving mill.

We’ll be delighted to explain the TIEPRO warp tying machine and demonstrate its operational efficiency in the weaving preparation process at our stand.

SX PRO Jacquard machine – Reduce your energy consumption

Our SX PRO Jacquard machine features the innovative MX PRO module, controlled by NOEMI electronics architecture and the TC8 controller. The SX PRO Jacquard machine is highly robust, wear-resistant, and designed for many years of daily use with a minimum of maintenance. Because the power supply is integrated into the Jacquard head, the machine is very compact and can be readily installed in any weaving mill.

This energy-efficient Jacquard installation promises weavers outstanding reliability and ease of use.
The SX PRO Jacquard machine has already convinced Jacquard weavers around the world who seek top energy efficiency in the production of terry, flat, or OPW (one-piece woven) fabrics.
