For critical applications where downtime is critical and high mating cycles at peak performance are required (e.g., testing and automation)  the Stäubli Quick Changing Head solution enables CombiTac uniq line to have up to 10 million mating cycles. Only the changing head must be replaced every 100k cycles without much time and work required for assembling new contacts. This means the base part of CombiTac uniq on the equipment stays the same, while the interchangeable part in front of the connector is easily exchanged with just two screws.

Various electrical contacts (1 / 1,5 / 3 / 6 / 8 mm) and fluid/pneumatic modules in different configurations are available.
