BosCon high power connectors

The BosCon connector was created for high power electrical balance of system (eBOS) trunk cables, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and EV charging systems.

It is rated by UL at 1500 V AC/DC with current ratings up to 620 A for 500 MCM copper cable and up to 559 A for 600 MCM aluminum cable.

The BosCon connector for aluminum cable is cULus listed to UL6703 and CSA C22.2 No. 182.5. It extends all the benefits of the BosCon connector for copper cables to aluminum cables. It features the same unique color and mechanical coding system as the BosCon for copper cable, and can be assembled in factory and in the field.
