Increase your productivity! The SAFIR PRO S67 high-speed automatic drawing-in machine is the right choice for producing fabrics made using one warp sheet with one or two yarn layers. Typical applications are blouse or shirting fabrics with sophisticated color patterns, women's and men's outerwear made of the finest worsted wool, and home textiles such as upholstery fabrics or table linens. Technical textiles for protective clothing and screen-printing fabrics are additional products whose quality can be enhanced by the drawing-in quality of this system.

Maximum productivity with Active Warp Control 2.0

Active Warp Control 2.0 (AWC 2.0) is just one example of the cutting-edge technology built into the SAFIR PRO S67. It provides high-speed, 100% controlled identification and handling of warp yarns to achieve the highest quality and reliability, making for an efficient downstream weaving process. The standard version of the SAFIR S60 is also equipped with AWC 2.0 Double End Detection, which ensures a faultlessly drawn in harness. Additional options – depending on the application – include Repeat Detection and/or Repeat Management (for colors and S-/Z-directions). AWC 2.0 can detect the finest color nuances.
