Robotic Tool Changer MPS 035L - Lightweight

The MPS 035L is an innovative robotic tool changing system for applications with payloads of up to 20 kg. With a total weight of only 0.321 kg on the robot and tool side, the MPS 035L impresses with its particularly low dead weight. This means that more payload is available for the tool – with maximum dynamics and efficiency.

The compact, modular design eliminates the need for an adapter flange for robots with a 50 mm pitch circle diameter. The comprehensive modularity with four module slots and eight integrated air feedthroughs provides significant flexibility and adaptability to diverse media, data and power transfer requirements.

Our proven ball locking technology ensures reliable performance and safety in tool locks, with the highest repeatability of +/- 0.0015 mm and up to 500,000 change cycles. Stäubli's leading transmission technology ensures the highest efficiency and productivity in all applications, complemented by the optional MPS Safety+ system, which provides maximum safety according to Performance Level d, Category 3.

The MPS 035L offers an outstanding solution for those looking for a lightweight, robust system that offers precision, versatility and reliability, as well as maximum efficiency for robots with small payloads.
