Holiday Greetings on new ways

Did you know that if you put the season’s greeting cards sent out each year close to each other, they would wrap the earth about 500 times or even more? For the 2022 season’s greetings Stäubli Electrical Connectors Headquarters used digital and sustainable Christmas Greetings.

They ditched the classic Christmas cards to be sent out by surface mail. Not only for the reason of reducing printed paper but mainly to assign the saved costs to sustainable organizations.

Still sending gratitude and well-wishes but no physical parcel shipments around the world, Stäubli Electrical Connectors Headquarters invited the recipients by e-mail to choose among three sustainability projects for donation. They gifted its business partners the gift of giving. 

There were three organizations to choose from for the Stäubli donations.

This “sustainable” greeting card was very well received and resulted in Stäubli Electrical Connectors in Allschwil to contribute financially with donations to the sustainable organizations presented.

The positive feedbacks and motivating reactions are the sound foundation to continue along this path. Let's continue to make conscious choices and build a more sustainable future together.
