JOB DESCRIPTION

To be responsible for the programming development of control software for high-precision industrial robots.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define requirements and prepare specifications with customers based on the customers’ needs in cooperation with the sales staff.
• Responsible for programming development, feasibility test and installation.
• Response to the technical enquiries or requests for program modifications from customers after installation.
• Provide trainings to customers.
• Communicate with Product unit in France, attend exhibitions, translate specification sheets, etc.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Programming experience (approx. 5+ years' experience). Programming language not specified.
  
• Valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate level of English language skills (approx. TOEIC 600)
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience of negotiating with customers in defining requirements and reviewing specifications preferred.
• Work with responsible attitude.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and improve.

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

• Position type: Permanent, Full-time (Trial period: Three months).
• Salary: 4,000,000 - 6,000,000 Yen per annum
  Will be discussed based on the experience, skills & competencies.
• Place of Work: Higashi-Umeda Showroom (6-7-4 Nishitenma, Kita-ku, Osaka city).
• Working hours: Flexible Working Hours (core time: 10:30-16:00). Hours of work 7.25h/d. Average hours of overtime work 30-40h/w.
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, 4-day summer holiday, and 6-day year-end & New Year holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION

To be responsible for the on-site maintenance, repair, and installation services of our high-precision industrial robots.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Response to customer inquiries about defects and technical issues.
• Provide the customers with on-site repair (throughout Japan).
• Communicate with Product Unit in France and other countries (mainly by e-mail).

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (mechanic school graduates are also eligible).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to undertake business travel approx. three days a week.
• Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
• Experience of repair and maintenance or automobile maintenance preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and writing in English preferred (approx. TOEIC 600).
• Work with responsibility and ambition.
• Willing to negotiate with customers with their own discretion. willing to learn and improve.
