STÄUBLI FAVERGES complies with the European Union REACH regulation and respects the requirements associated with our role as article supplier and downstream user.
Our company is not subject to registration requirements for chemical substances; this requirement is the responsibility of our upstream suppliers. We hold our suppliers responsible for making sure that they comply with their obligations.
In order to make sure the regulation is being followed, we systematically analysis our suppliers’ declarations in the light of the development of the candidate list of substances for authorization (current update of 17/01/2023), the annexes XIV (Authorisation list) and XVII (Restriction list).
In case of the presence of a substance in our products over the limits defined by REACH, an information will be communicated in accordance with our obligation as per article 33 (refer to associated product documentation). We also ensure that our products comply with the restrictions of use resulting from annexes XIV and XVII.
Some of our parts can contain a concentration greater than 0.1% weight by weight (w/w).
