STÄUBLI and the REACH regulation

STÄUBLI FAVERGES complies with the European Union REACH regulation 1907/2006 and respects the requirements associated as article supplier and downstream user.

Our company is not subject to registration requirements for chemical substances; this requirement is the responsibility of our upstream suppliers. We hold our suppliers responsible for making sure that they comply with their obligations.

In order to make sure the regulation is being followed, we systematically analyses our supplier’s declarations in the light of the updating of the candidate list of substances for authorization.

Information in accordance with Article 33 of REACH regulation :


In case of the presence of another substance from the candidate list of substances for authorization in our products over the limits defined by REACH, an information will be communicated in the documentation delivered with the product.

To optimize the transfer of information, all contact concerning the REACH regulation will be processed by your contact person in charge of your account.
