Modules and contacts

CombiTac direqt contacts are designed to ensure easy and fast assembly, and a reliable solid performance up to 10,000 mating cycles.

Various power, signal and pneumatic contacts can be placed into carriers without the use of tools, while the corresponding carriers are coded to ensure correct polarity during manual insertion into frames.

Ø 10 mm - up to 350 A

Power modules, MULTILAM Technology, IP2X protection on pin and socket side, tool-free insertion in carriers, 35 - 95 mm² conductors (AWG 1/0 - 3/0)

Ø 7 mm - up to 120 A

Power modules, MULTILAM Technology, IP2X protection on pin and socket side, tool-free insertion for 6 - 25 mm² conductors (AWG 10 - 4)

Ø 4 mm - up to 80 A

2-pole contact carriers for 4 mm power and protective earth (PE) contacts.

Ø 3 mm - up to 31 A

Power modules, IP2X protection on socket side, PE contacts, tool-free insertion in carriers for 2.5 - 4 mm² conductors (AWG 12 - 14). Socket carriers with protective wall.

Ø 1.5 mm - up to 14 A

Signal modules tool-free insertion, for 0.75 - 1.5 mm² conductors (AWG 16 - 18), 5-pole contact carriers. Socket carriers with protective wall.

Ø 1 mm - up to 5 A

Signal modules, tool-free insertion in frames, for 0.14 - 0.75 mm² conductors, 7- and 21-pole carriers. Socket carriers with protective wall.

Last Mate First Break Module

CombiTac connection status monitoring, 10’000 mating cycles, crimp termination, for 0.14 – 0.75 mm² conductors (AWG 18 – 26).

1 Gbit module CTD-1GBIT AG AU

The 1 Gbit crimp data module provides Ethernet communication up to 1 Gbit/s (with Cat5e cable or better) in a very small size, width of only 3.5 mm.

Coaxial Unit 6 GHZ

The Coaxial units are used for data as well as digital audio and video transmission.

1 Gbit module CTD-RJ45

1 Gbit RJ45 data modules are used for Ethernet communication up to 1 Gbit/s (CAT 5e).

1 Gbit module CTD-NET

1 Gbit crimp data modules are used for Ethernet communication up to
1 Gbit/s (CAT5e).

Pneumatic modules

Pneumatic modules with or without shut-off valve, preassembled, max. 15 bar pressure, 4 mm and 6 mm hose outside diameter.
