The challenge

In 2018, Prodeval embarked on the development of refueling stations for all types of vehicles (light, heavy, agricultural, etc.).

Intended for use by the general public, the stations designed by Prodeval had to meet safety, quality and practicality requirements.

The solution

As a leader in the design and manufacture of quick-connect systems, Stäubli was chosen by Prodeval to equip the entire gas distribution line.

• GMV 09-12 nozzle: combining safety and ease of use, GMV 09-12 filling handles are ideal for refueling compressed natural gas (CNG) at self-service stations. The circuit is opened in a single movement by turning the lever, while an integrated decompression system ensures safe disconnection at all times.
• Breakaway BRW 02-08: placed between the station and the handle, this anti-pull-out system disconnects the gas circuit (pressurised or not) if the car is started while the handle is still connected.
