The recent portfolio enhancement offers the latest technology innovations and introduces new products such as a TÜV certified In-Line-Fuse harness and a Y-splitter harness as interconnection solutions. By teaming up with the manufacturing partner Jurchen Technology, two experts meet. The Stäubli know-how in developing advanced contact technology and designing quality products pairs with Jurchen Technology’s manufacturing expertise. With this partnership, Stäubli provides its customers with high-quality product solutions based on a unique and proven in-use vulcanization manufacturing process. This sophisticated technique grants an incomparable degree of impermeability.

Connected for lower total cost of ownership (TCO)

Both new products in the Stäubli PV eBOS portfolio have officially been tested by a notified body and hold a TÜV Rheinland certificate. By choosing these product solutions the customer benefits from highest efficiency due to low contact resistance, less leakage currents and perfect isolation given by the innovative product design and manufacturing technology. With very short assembly time, less material use, a smaller DC combiner box, this latest Stäubli all-in-one eBOS solution allows for cost savings compared to conventional DC cabling systems. Based on proven Stäubli quality, the new products accomplish the offering for eBOS application, guaranteeing safer, more reliable, and bankable PV assets at a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

MC4-Evo 2 Y-Splitter

Interconnects PV modules in parallel or serial-parallel and other distributed energy sources in various installations. Can be configured according to customer requirements and application-related specifications (e.g. customized lead lengths).

MC4-Evo 2 ILF3

Protects components within a PV string from overcurrent. This harness assembly is tailor-made solution with configurations according to customer’s specifications.
