Hydraulic clamping system QMC 100 - single acting:
The tensioning element is prestressed by spring force and is hydraulically relieved by a pressure of 160 bar (released by single acting hydraulic cylinder).

The tensioning element is tensioned with a hydraulic pressure of 80 bar and is relieved at 160 bar (clamping and release by double-acting hydraulic cylinders).'

- Retention force per span element: 2.5 t / 5 t / 8 t / 12 t / 20 t / 35 t / 45 t / 50 t
- Tolerances of the clamping edge on the tool base plates can be compensated up to 0.3 mm.
