Stäubli sends out newsletters at irregular intervals and additional mailings to inform about its own products, services, events or promotions. In order to better match the contents of our communication to the interests of our readers, we analyze e.g. clicks and cookies on the website and in the newsletter.
The evaluation and processing of such information is solely technical in the background. Employees of Stäubli will not inspect individual data.
Only customers who have expressly declared interest will receive our newsletter. To ensure this, we use the so-called double opt-in method, meaning after the initial registration, the interested party receives an e-mail and must re-confirm to activate the subscription by clicking on a confirmation button.
Newsletter-subscriptions can easily be terminated by using the “unsubscribe” link available in each newsletter. The sending out of mailings is undertaken by a service provider contracted by Stäubli. Taking the data protection legislation into account, the newsletter data collected (e.g. e-mail address and personal information such as title, name, first name, language, and user actions on the site) will for this purpose be redirected to the service provider. Our service provider is based in Germany and subject to German legislation. They will not forward any data to third parties.
The Stäubli Group does not re-sell or distribute e-mail newsletter subscribers or customer contacts to third parties.
