Hydraulic mold clamping system QMC 100/101

Compact and robust: Stäubli hydraulic clamping systems are designed for a wide range of injection molding machines and presses. Even under harsh operating conditions, they meet all the requirements for a fast, automatic tool change. The hydraulic clamping devices are designed as single or double acting systems. Both clamping technology variants can be optimally integrated into the machine control. Your advantage: setup time optimization on machines of all manufacturers and sizes as well as new and existing plants (retrofit).

Hydraulic clamping system QMC 100 - single acting:

The tensioning element is prestressed by spring force and is hydraulically relieved by a pressure of 160 bar (released by single acting hydraulic cylinder).

  • easily exchangeable, inductive proximity switches (for detecting the piston position taut / slack)

Hydraulic clamping system QMC 101 - double acting:

The tensioning element is tensioned with a hydraulic pressure of 80 bar and is relieved at 160 bar (clamping and release by double-acting hydraulic cylinders).'

  • inductive proximity switches (taut / slack) for detecting the piston position

Construction
 

  • clamping pistons made of high-alloy steel, hardened and ground
  • clamping block made of surface treated steel
  • seal made of NBR / FKM
  • suitable for machine mounting plates with drilling pattern according to EUROMAP 2/3 and 11 or SPI
  • no hardened inserts, clamping chamfers or other machining operations on the tool base plates are necessary
  • Mounting kit and connection cable M12 for proximity switch included in delivery


QMC 100
 

  • Operating pressure: release pressure 160 bar
  • Retention force per clamping element: 2.5 t / 5 t / 8 t / 12 t / 20 t / 30 t
  • Tolerances of the clamping edge on the tool base plates can be compensated up to +/- 0.1 mm.


QMC 101
 

  • Operating pressure: clamping pressure 80 bar, release pressure 160 bar
  • Retention force per span element: 2.5 t / 5 t / 8 t / 12 t / 20 t / 35 t / 45 t / 50 t
  • Tolerances of the clamping edge on the tool base plates can be compensated up to 0.3 mm.
  • mechanical locking of the end position in a slack position
