Automatica 2018

Stäubli's digital world of smart production

Automatica 2018

Visitors of Automatica 2018 experienced the dawn of a new era of automation at our stand. Our advances in connected robotics for the smart production are making a decisive contribution to designing processes that are more productive, more transparent and more flexible, as well as intelligent and self-optimizing.

In Munich, we celebrated the world premiere of the TS2, the new generation of SCARA robotic arms. The superior hygienic design of the TS2 four-axis robots creates a scope of new applications in the sensitive environments that are typical of the food, medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

«We arrived in Munich with high expectations. Business in the industry is booming and all the indicators point to growth. And yet the fair still managed to surpass our own far-from-modest forecasts. This has been the best Automatica of all time for Stäubli.»
