ITMA, the world's largest trade fair for textile machinery, ended on 26 June 2019. For seven days, the two Stäubli stands were key meeting places for weavers and knitters from all over the world seeking solutions for highly efficient weaving and knitting processes.
Visitors experienced various weaving preparation solutions in operation, such as the SAFIR drawing-in machine for the preparation of perfect warps or the new TIEPRO tying machine. They also discovered Stäubli’s new high-speed cam motion S1792 for air-jet weaving machines.
Jacquard machines of the LX/LXL/LXXL series convincingly demonstrated the compactness and performance of these shedding systems weaving trendy applications on site: (OPW-) one piece woven trousers, patterned premium bath towels and sophisticated upholstery fabrics.
The ALPHA 500 series carpet weaving system impressed visitors with its great flexibility. From the weaver's stand, visitors experienced live production close up.
Two circular sock-knitting machines in operation demonstrated the gain in production time offered by a circular knitting machine equipped with the Stäubli D4S automatic toe-closing device.
Stäubli received highly positive feedback regarding its product portfolio and innovations. This supports our teams in their daily quest to offer our customers solutions that meet real market requirements and individual needs, and that prove their value through real advantages in long-term use.
