New Jacquard LXXL, already installed in Portugal

The format of this new Jacquard machine goes up to 25,600 hooks and can even reach 51,200 hooks with 2 machines in tandem. To ensure that the machine functions properly with these large formats, even at high speeds, Stäubli has developed an innovative NOEMI electronic control system with a patent pending. The latter increases the precision and stability of the data transmission for the selection of the hooks thanks to a reduced number of connections.

The balanced kinematics with the 2 coaxial shafts controlled by complementary cams also benefits the LXXL to ensure accurate shed geometry and absolutely vibration-free operation. The optimized and balanced moving parts and the robust chassis allow heavy loads. The MX module in this machine ensures a hook reliable selection, its reduced size allows a better air circulation whose ventilation is now controlled to reduce power consumption. With the integrated power box and the optimized filter installation, this new compact machine can be installed on existing frames.

Thus, the LXXL Jacquard machine is an ideal tool for weaving patterns in silk, upholstery, tapestry or clothing with a very large number of even dense threads with high load while keeping the speed.
