Robotic tool changer MPS 1531

The MPS 1531 is a powerful robotic tool changer designed for heavy-duty applications. With a payload of up to 1,530 kg and a bending moment of 15,000 Nm, it delivers maximum performance for precise and safe tool changes in automated processes. Its round design and numerous mounting holes allow for a wide variety of modules for media, signal, data and energy transfer.

In accordance with Performance Level d, Category 3, the MPS 1531 meets the highest safety standards, thus ensuring the safety of personnel and installations. The transfer modules are highly versatile and perfect for handling large, heavy components. Typical applications include automotive production, particularly battery assembly and parts manufacturing. Thanks to its PCD 200 pitch circle diameter, the system can be easily integrated into robots in this payload class without the need for additional adapters.

With a repeatability of ±0.01 mm, an operating pressure of 0.45 to 1.2 MPa, and temperatures from 0 to +60 °C, the MPS 1531 is the ideal solution for precise, safe, and efficient handling in heavy-duty applications.

A wide range of accessories is also available, including mounting kits, an emergency release, a teaching aid and tool stand systems.
