MLV – The Manual Mold Loading Vehicle from Stäubli

The Stäubli MLV is the ideal solution for fast, safe, and flexible mold transport in the plastics industry. For molds up to 700 kg, it streamlines changeover processes and enhances Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

The system is fully manually operated, requiring no power supply and no electrical interfaces. As a result, the MLV is immediately deployable and operates independently in virtually any production environment.

Thanks to its roller-equipped transfer deck and integrated foot pump, the transfer height can be continuously adjusted - delivering maximum flexibility across different machine types. Molds are secured with a dual safety mechanism to ensure the highest level of process reliability.

For special requirements, Stäubli develops customized solutions - for example, to accommodate higher mold weights or unique geometries.

Individual rollers and separate roller arms

Non-driven rollers are mounted on the clamping plate, with separate roller arms for the deck.

Pre-assembled individual rollers on a bar and separate roller arms

Easy installation thanks to a pre-assembled bar and existing drill holes; separate roller arms are mounted individually.

Rollers and roller arms fully preassembled on a bar

All elements are pre-assembled and can be installed using existing drill holes, without separate roller arms.

Flexible installation of the roller deck

The MLV roller deck can be oriented for driving direction or rotated 90 degrees, adapting to your facility's space requirements.

    This version is ideal when there is sufficient space in front of the machine and ensures comfortable operation.
