EMI 15 MODULE
- EMI
The design of the EMI 15 makes your machine more universal. By fitting your machine with EMI 15 modules, you increase the connection possibilities at mould change without any modifications being required to your machine or tool.
Time saving
EMI 15 design offers multiple connection capabilities.
Any mould can be installed onto your press without installation or removal of multi coupling plates or couplings thereby dramatically reducing the mould change over time.
Modular system
Each module EMI 15 may be equipped according to your needs with different types of STÄUBLI plugs to accept STÄUBLI sockets:
- Full flow RPL coupling,
- Single or double shut-off RMI coupling
- Non spill, flat face SPI coupling
Increase your connection flexibility by fitting each module outlet with a different coupling.
Easy circuit identification
EMI 15 is fitted with RPL/ON/JV valved socket with red or blue identification sleeve.
The circuits can also be identified by using red or blue stickers numbered from 1 to 12.
Robust and reliable construction
Manufactured in nickel plated high resistance brass.
Easy and Quick Connection

EMI 15 Module is an efficient interface between the machine and the mould.
It enables quick connection of mould fluid lines regardless of the connection types (see graphic).
Each module comes with 1 x RPL/ON/JV valved socket and 3 ports to be fitted according to your needs as follows:
- RPL 08 socket, male thread
- SPI 06 or SPI 09 plug, male thread
- RMI 09 plug, male thread
- Threaded hose stem (hose 10 or 12 mm id)
- or other profile plugs
