The 35th exhibition for carpets and floor coverings took place from 11th to 13th March 2008 in Shanghai. This exhibition is the most important exhibition for textile floor coverings in China and Asia where exhibitors from all over the world have shown their product. The quality of the exhibitors’ stands has again increased compared to the years before. A lot of stands have been built in two stages.

The company Schönherr Textilmaschinenbau GmbH was present on the common stand of its representative CEO International. Schönherr had the possibility to meet its most important Chinese customers during the exhibition, e. g. Liyang Kaili, Zhenzhou Huade, Zibo, Qingdao, Qinghai Tibetan, Shangdong Shenlong and Guangdong. But also a lot of customers from Malaysia, Indonesia and UAE were visiting the Schönherr booth. Further more, new contacts with potential customers could be made.

The participation on the common stand of CEO International is, and remains, an economical way to get in contact with existing customers as well as to establish new contacts in China where the market for carpet weaving is still increasing and therefore, a very important market for Schönherr Textilmaschinenbau GmbH, now and in the future.
