SAFIR and DELTA automatic drawing-in machines
Stäubli’s automatic drawing-in machines have proven their capabilities in the most diverse applications. In SAFIR and DELTA series, weaving mills will find their ideal solution with an optimal price/performance ratio. All Stäubli drawing-in installations feature modular design, so they can be exactly configured to any mill’s specific requirements. Subsequent adaptations are also possible.
The SAFIR S30 drawing-in machine ideally meets the needs of mills producing standard textiles or filament weaves using a maximum of 12 heald carrier rods and no drop wires. The SAFIR S30 consists of a mobile drawing-in unit serving one or more stretching frames. It draws the warp threads directly from the warp into the weaving reed and O-shaped steel or plastic healds.
The SAFIR S40, featuring a mobile drawing-in machine and two stationary drawing-in stations, is suitable for cotton fabrics as denim, bed and table linen, and blouse and shirt fabrics using a maximum of 12 heald frames. In a single cycle, the yarn is drawn directly from one warp beam into the drop wires, healds and reed.
The SAFIR S60 is a state-of-the-art drawing-in installation featuring Active Warp Control, an extraordinary separation system. Additional features such as S-/Z detection expand the range of applications. This installation is ideal for premium shirting fabrics, women's and men's outerwear, home fabrics and technical textiles. The yarn is drawn directly from one warp beam into the drop wires, healds and reed.
The SAFIR S80 is a high-performance drawing-in installation. It is ideal when high production performance, a wide field of applications and maximum flexibility are required. The SAFIR S80 draws warp yarns directly from one or two warp beams with up to two layers each into the healds, drop wires and reed.
The DELTA 100 is specially designed for filament weavers and draws warp threads into the healds and reed only. All other features are the same as the DELTA 110.
The DELTA 110 drawing-in machine is designed for weaving mills with medium drawing-in requirements. Drawing in at speeds of up to 140 per minute is done directly from the warp beam, with one warp sheet and up to two layers, into the healds, drop wires and reed.
