Automatic drawing-in installations DELTA and SAFIR

Stäubli’s automatic drawing-in machines have demonstrated their capability in the most diverse of applications. Whether in the DELTA 100/110 series or in the SAFIR series, weaving mills find the ideal solution with an optimal price/performance ratio. All drawing-in installations by Stäubli are of modular design, thus exactly configurable according to the customer’s requirements.
Subsequent adaptations are possible.

DELTA 100

The DELTA 100 is specially designed for filament weavers and draws in the warp threads into healds and reed only. All other features correspond to the DELTA 110.

DELTA 110

The DELTA 110 drawing-in installations are designed for weaving mills with medium drawing-in requirements. Drawing in at speeds of up to 140 per minute takes place directly from the warp beam with 1 warp sheet, or optionally with 2 warp sheets into healds, drop wires and reed. An optional module is available for drawing in coarse yarns.

SAFIR S80

The SAFIR S80 is a high-performance drawing-in installation. It is used wherever high production performance, a wide field of applications, and maximum flexibility are required. SAFIR 80 draws in warp yarns directly from 1 or 2 warp beams with up to eight layers each into healds, drop wires and the reed.
