UNIVAL 500T

The UNIVAL 500T presents a completely new concept compared to all previously available systems. This innovative new technology provides an almost unlimited range of applications, expansion options and settings, along with unlimited shed opening freedom. With a dedicated drive for each individual heald frame, this servomotor-controlled dobby is particularly well suited to producing technical fabrics.

Field of application

The UNIVAL 500T is especially suitable for sampling and for producing sophisticated, technical or very dense fabrics with high warp tension.

Special advantages

  • The compact design of the drive motors means they require little space
  • The drive electronics are fitted directly onto the motor housing
  • The patented, height-staggered harness motion provides for up to 56 heddle frames at a 10 mm pitch
