This new, innovative technology provides an almost unlimited range of applications, expansion options and settings. With a dedicated drive for each individual heald frame, this servomotor controlled dobby is particularly well suited to producing technical fabrics.

The UNIVAL 500T presents a completely new concept compared to the systems available previously. This provides unlimited shed opening freedoms.

 

Field of application

The UNIVAL 500T is especially suitable for sampling and for producing sophisticated, technical or very dense fabrics with high warp tension.

Special advantages

  • The compact design of the drive motors means they require little space
  • The drive electronics are fitted directly onto the motor housing
  • The patented, height-staggered harness motion provides for up to 56 heald frames at a 10 mm pitch
