Harness motions, quick links and clamping loops
In addition to its dobby and cam motions, Stäubli proposes harness motions specifically for the weaving machine, very high quality frame quick links and clamping loops for precise and simple shed height and opening adjustment.
These elements provide a decisively improve the user-friendliness of weaving with frames and reducing maintenance, thus increasing the profitability of the entire installation.
The range consists of:
- da14, e12, e22 and de62 type harness motions,
- VR, DRC10, DRC2, DRC4 and QIC type quick links.
The clamping loops ensure precise and simple adjustment of the shed opening. Positive dobbies can also be fitted with Stäubli patented multi-purpose hooks. Multifunction clamping loops also offer the possibility to adjust the shed height using a screw.
