These high-performance electronically-controlled open-shed dobbies operate according to the Stäubli rotary principle. They can be installed on the weaving machine on either the right or left and in upper or lower position.

The following models are available:
- Model 2685 S / 2688 S for high speed
- Model 2685 RS / 2688 RS for high warp yarn tension

All types of weaving machines for technical fabrics, notably forming fabrics

Housing

  • 2688 S: for up to 28 lifting units with 20 mm pitch, or double head version for up to 56 lifting units with 10 mm pitch in the harness motion
  • 2688 S: for up to 20 lifting units

Closed-Shed Dobby type 4080

This electronically-controlled closed-shed dobby is particularly suitable for the manufacturing of wet felts, seam felts, dryer felts and forming fabrics. A high loading capacity and precise frame movement characterize this exceptionally compact dobby which requires little maintenance. Its operation is both reliable and silent, even in the case of high rotation speeds and high warp yarn tensions.

Owing to its compact and symmetrical shape, this machine offers a variety of possible installation configurations on the weaving machine. The 4080 dobby can be equipped with an electronic monitoring device which monitors the frames during the entire raising movement in upper or lower shed position.
