Manual bayonet clamping system with positive safety locking.
Bayonet system
guarantees centring and secure mould clamping by simple manual locking of centring ring.
Can be easily installed
onto all conventional presses without special adaptation.
Drilling pattern according to EUROMAP standard.
on request :
- drilling pattern according to SPI or JIS standard
- other individual patterns
Accepts all conventional moulds
It's simply necessary to replace the register ring with the STÄUBLI-centring ring.
Automatic positive safety locking
for greatest safety and operating ease.
Entire working surface of platens can be used independant of outer mould shape.
The complete bayonet system consists of :

2 bayonet locking plates
1 premovable lever
fixing bolts - on the mould:
2 centring / clamping rings and fixing bolts
