Robust coupling plug

This critical part is made of high-resistance stainless steel to ensure that, mounted on a flexible hose or in a fixed position, excellent mechanical robustness can be guaranteed.

Protected sealing

The standard O-ring seal in nitrile elastomer of appropriate hardness (shore) provides leak-tightness within a protected zone of the plug on a nickel chemical-hardened surface.

Automatic locking

Locking is achieved by simply pushing the plug into the socket. Three large diameter locking pins in stainless steel guarantee reliable locking. In addition, this system of locking is designed to avoid any seizing up of the locking pins through dirt ingress. 

Construction materials

  • Body of socket and principal parts in chromed brass; springs and locking pins in stainless steel; standard seals in nitrile elastomer.
  • Plugs in treated high-resistance steel protected by nickel chemical hardening.
  • Alternative seals in fluorocarbon or ethylene propylene.
