RVS design feature a spherical valve which offers direct air flow under full bore conditions when connected.

 

Connection under zero pressure

The plug locking is independent of the opening of the valve and therefore free of pressure.

 

Safe disconnection

The hose whip affect from the downstream is totally avoided.
As soon as the control handle is turned, the internal valve shuts-off all input and decompresses the downstrean line.

 

Further safety feature

A safety device prevents the pressurized socket from opening as long as the plug is not connected.
